We begin all our assignments by asking lots of questions and by listening carefully. For our clients to succeed online, we have to understand not only the issues they face now, but their long term goals and opportunities.
Beyond the initial learning curve we have six phases to our projects:
Phase One: Investigation
We start by understanding the issues the client is trying to resolve, and then form the project plan.
Phase Two: Exploration
Here’s where we take the conclusions of our investigation and craft solutions that meet the challenges.
Phase Three: Definition
At this point, everything starts taking shape. We advance design options, start usability testing and solidify content.
Phase Four: Implementation
This is when final production work takes place, including front-end, backend and server configuration.
Phase Five: Execution
Time to go live. With full approvals in hand, we launch the project for the user.
Phase Six: Evolution
This isn’t so much a phase as an attitude. We believe our work is never really done. It’s our job to identify trends that affect our clients, advance ideas, analyze results and troubleshoot any issues that emerge.
